With that being said, at this time of year we should all be outside. With the sun getting up earlier and and staying up later it is time to take advantage of the light.
We are all super busy professionals and many of us are burning the candles at both ends, but we will love to train, race and be healthy.
It would be great to hear what time of day you train? Do you have the pleasure of training in the sunlight or are you up before dawn or training after dusk? Do have the ability to get out at Lunch?
For me personally, I am a big fan of training at lunch and working my schedule so that I can. Secondly, I am very lucky to have a shower at my office and I know most don't have that option. It is amazing to get a session in during lunch; It feels like I am just starting my day again, but more alert.
On the weekends, I am usually out the door before the sun and the rest of the family get up. It is amazing how quiet the woods and roads are that time, there is no better time and I am back before everyone knows I am gone!
