A lot of it is getting up early. Every day, I'm up at 4:30 or 5 o'clock. I'll get up and read something inspirational for half an hour. Then, I'll do a quick core workout down in my basement to get the blood flowing. And then it's on!
My kids are getting up. I'm making lunches. I’m getting everyone ready for school and getting them out the door. So, I think the keys are to get the mind prepared, to get the body moving a bit, and then you're ready to tackle the day.
